Maybe some rolls on your stomach. Or stretch marks on your tummy. You feel sad. Angry. Disgusted. You want to cover up this new body".

In today's episode, we will take a moment to breathe ourselves in, our whole selves. We will breathe in all we love about ourselves and breathe out everything else.
